November 17, 2010 journal, only 50 percent of adult American people are married which is about the same as it has always been even before the state took over marriaging and is now in bed with the church saying "By the power invested in me, I pronounce you man & wife". How ridiculous! This cuts God out of the marriage actually replaces him with state. Common law marriages are common but modern society demands a legal state marriage. Someone today was reported arrested for polygamy near here but it's not a crime at all to live together married are not married like the prince and his future bride have done on it. No wonder half the people are not getting married because it is state controlled already. By the power invested in me by the State of California, I pronounce you man and wife. This makes the preacher an agent of the state and that is not separation of church / state. The state has licensed nearly everything going & coming so they can tax it going/coming. Prior to a hundred years ago all marriages were common law or were church marriages. Whomever the state marriages they can and will divorce for enough money to make legal. getting a divorce is the hard part will those living with abusive spouses. one case I know of where the lady lived with 30 years with an abusive host the mistreating her and their children keeping them terrorized in fear while he played the part of the big church man. One freeloading deadbeat pushed it too far and lost his meal ticket when she moved out into an apartment and filed for divorce. He threatened to get the meanest lawyer in town to fight it and he threatened to make her wish she had never filed those papers but when he went to hire a lawyer they all wanted $7500 except one that wanted $10,000 retainer. Nothing has gone up as fast as lawyer fees at $375 to $600 per hour, he wound up with a junior and the judge ordered him out of her house. You can get married easy and quickly with a preacher but the same state agent preacher creature cannot grant you a divorce as his legal power is limited to that one statement, by the power of the state I pronounce you. It's easy to buy insurance and to pay your fees or it used to be but when you have a claim you are dealing with the unfriendly side as the people of the Gulf Coast learned hard way. It is easy to fall down into a well but it is very hard to get out of the well still in one piece. This is one case when a court ruled right to relieve the hardship of a family being abused. Catholic priest do annul marriages but the Protestant Church never gets into that matter. The awful Cheney bush war has struck again this area killing a young soldier. Tragedy has come to this area with another young man killed in Afghanistan small arms fire leaving his parents in dreadful sadness of this sacrifice they have made for nothing. It has not been long since this area buried another fallen soldier killed in Afghanistan and the United States has long lost that war, let the Zionist bankers go over there and fight it. Keith Olbermann on MSNBC tonight interviewed a lady from Greenville South Carolina who has lost her job and her unemployment insurance payments stop this month leaving her broke and unable to continue her house payment. This lady has worked in the system 30 years, she has sought a job for one year but nothing is available. She has continued making her mortgage payments from her halftime check while living on cashing out her 401k which is also now depleted. The US congressman retiring tyrant Bob Englis today voted against continuing unemployment for just 3 months at least to bridge winter while he will receive full pay from the taxpayers from now until the day he passes on away. But the same vulture would be quick to vote to continue the tax cuts for the rich folks. They showed a California congressman worth $350 million voted against continuing. I believe we're about to see a real showdown in this country where rubber meets road.
